Anybody successfully recording Midi with an M1 Mac? Ive been having issues with playback of the midi in Logic.
Genos does not need a USB driver installed for most computers. There is a special Steinberg USB driver V3.16 that I'm seeing on their site.

Testing the latest Steinberg drivers. Midi recording is fine and playback using Logics external Instrument plug-in works well
However this worked the same without installing the new drivers.
Initially M1 had problems with third party software but all seems to be fluent these days

Hi Jayfield, how many channels does Genos populate in Logic?  I guess what I'm asking is, does the Genos USB interface create separate tracks/channels in Logic for each keyboard part?  Or does it just create one stereo output of Genos into one track/channel in Logic?   thanks

@Tony
USB (audio) interface transmits 2 channels (stereo).
USB Midi transmits 16 channels.

yes, I concur with Tony from my experience
2 audio and 16 midi files
the midi needs to be separated with a rt. click on the track and selecting separate by midi channel
