Hi,

I am totally blind and rely considerably on the voice guide for my genos 1. However, this is not particularly good. My question is does anyone know if the voice guidance in the Genos 2 is any better. This is a big factor as to whether I buy one or not. I'd love it for the sounds and styles etc, but do want to be able to record, save and load my files and favourites, plus other things, which at present is near on impossible.

Thanks very much.

Hi Sharon, Perhaps if your more specific in what you are trying to do maybe someone with experience could help with this. Move files, Transfer etc. Yamaha do have a list of voices available and even more on G2. Or could it be you require more detailed instructions?

I would also like to know if there have been improvements to the Genos2 Voice Guide.
From what I saw someone commenting, it has more buttons than the G1, I don't know if they decided to physically place the 1/8, 9/16 buttons. But it seems that it is possible to define a shortcut to directly access any keyboard function. It can even help in some situations, but..... 🤔
I have already given my opinion on this feature.
