Hi

Can you load your own SYX DX sounds into Genos by making packs??
I know that you cannot program DX sound on Genos 2, But is uploading possible?

No that is not possible. But when you purchase a Genos 2 and register you get the DX7 pack for free. This contains all DX7 voices. 128 voices.

So Yamaha is controlling what you can put in.
Maybe later they may let us load in DX sounds with update.
At least i have Arturia DX7 and FM8, so not much to worry about.
It would be great if Yamaha let us load up what we want.
