OTS problem

With some styles, I find that the lights R1, R2, R3 light up with the OTS, and they also appear active on the display.
Unfortunately, only 1 sound can be heard during playback. It is not muted in the Mixer menu.
If I stop the style and try the 3 notes, they can be heard separately.
What could be the problem?

Hello,

For sure may be the "split fingering" configuration of your keyboard.
Maybe the R1+R2 sounds in some keys and only the R3 sound in rightended keys...
Just to go "split fingering" and put the R1,R2,R3 together...

Thanks for the advice!
R3 was set to A sound in the split point menu.
I reset it to G2.
So now everything works fine.
