AVID Sibelius Notation Software - Account deletion problem

Hi Forum members,
I have been using the AVID Sibelius notation software for many years.
From time to time I had to rely on their support. And it was an imposition to reach anyone at all or getting help on short notice.
In the meantime, I have canceled and stopped using the (now very expensive) subscription version (only this is still possible with AVID).
I have been trying to delete the account for months. They have outsourced the closing of the account to a sub-company.
Contact is only possible via the AVID site, you get an automated e-mail confirmation, but nobody gets in touch with you (last time I got an answer from this sub-company after 6 weeks !!!). Repeated attempts to contact them by email also fail and the account remains unchanged.
The problem could only be solved if I had a different e-mail address, as I am NOT allowed to change my AVID contact e-mail address myself (part of the account). This would mean that I would have to change my many contacts with others again.

Perhaps someone has an idea how I can eliminate this contact and account (I know that you can reject sender emails as spam in Outlook, but this does not solve the actual problem).

Are they still taking your subscriptions form your Bank account, or is that your details are still showing on there system.

Hi Bill,
the payments were terminated (at present) since I stopped the subscription.
However all my data are still available for whatever AVID purposes.
What I want is only closing my account.
