I'm not the sharpest knife in the drawer when it comes to file management. I play and sing along to MP3 tracks. I have all my registry settings and they are still in tact when I select the song on its Registration Bank. Problem is - it has lost its connection to the mp3. The MP3s are visible and they play when selected, but hey have apparently lost the connection to the RGT. This all happened when I was attempting to make some additions to a play list.  HELP!!!

Your file has been moved. Or renamed, so the registration can't find it.

The solution is simple: re-memorize the registration. Load the registration, load your MP3, then memorize the Reg.

Hi faddario,

If you definitely did NOT move or rename the MP3 file(s) or the folder containing these files: Do you currently have TWO USB sticks connected to the SX900? Then it could be that the stick with the MP3 files is currently displayed as USB2 instead of USB1. Also in this case the registrations could not find the linked MP3 files.

So please make sure that the USB stick in question is displayed as it was when creating the registrations (usually as USB1) and it is best not to work with several USB sticks connected at the same time, as this often leads to such problems with registrations.

Best regards,
Chris
