A new test version of MixMaster is availabe at :
https://psrtutorial.com/MB/EV_Files/template.html

It is not a .msi install file but a zip file containing all the necessary files to run MixMaster.
Unzip and store the files somewhere on your PC.
Then start 'MixMaster v22r1 build 220322.exe' from that place.

Please feedback any Remarks and/or found bugs.

Thanks

Etienne

@Jeff
This new version was already published a time ago.
I only gave the link to 'Keyboard Master' because he was still looking for a older version.

Hi Etienne, thank you for MM V22R2; i've the PSR SX900 and in Voices view i can't see the voices XG and GM like you've put on the "PSR SX700 + XG&GM2"; most of the voices are missing in the styles when i select PSR SX900! If i select Genos it's perfect; all the voices are listed! Perhaps for the next update; Thank you for all cheers, Patrick  :)

Hello Patrick,

MixMaster v22r2
Normally all the voices listed in the Data List of the keyboard are available in the instrument file.
Are you using PSRSX900 styles ? Or perhaps styles from another keyboard (Genos for example).
Are you using styles from packs with pack voices ? -> they are not included in the instrument files.

Since I don't have all keyboards at my disposal (very expensive), I have integrated the Instrument Manager (see menu -> Options) in MixMaster. So I can limit myself only to the Data List of the keyboard in question.
Every user can now edit or make his own Instrument file. They can add for example the Pack voices. Or rename the voices in the list.

Please take a look at the Instrument manager.
When a instrument is put into the column on the right, click on it with the right mouse button and choose 'Edit Instrument data'.
You can then change/Add/Remove voices.

Or you can open the instrument file in the data folder 'UserInstrumentFiles' for MixMaster and open the instrument file in a text editor to make changes.

Regards
Etienne

Hi Etienne, thank you very much; great i'll do it; Have a nice week, very friendly Patrick  :)

NB: Ok Etienne works great; perfect Patrick

You can copy/paste the GM2 and XG instruments from the SX700 file and include them in the SX900 file. You need to be admin on the pc to be able to adapt the file (because the file is in a Program folder). They were not included initially because they are not documented in the data list manuals of the SX keyboards.

That is certainly not the correct approach, even if it works perfect this way.
If you do so, the modifeid file will be overwritten when you reinstall or install a new version of MixMaster.

How to do it :
In the instrument manager you select the instruments ypu would like to use in MixMaster.
They are then copied into the data folder 'UserInstrumentFiles'.
Here you can make changes to the file, with the advantage that the file won't be overwritten by a reinstall or a new install of MixMaster.
Changes can also be made in MixMaster's Instrument Manager.

You can also create a file from scratch and put it into this data folder 'Userinstrumentfiles'.
If you don't know this data folder see MixMaster -> Help -> MM Folder Info.

If for some reason you would change the default file, it is a good idea to rename the file in the right column in the Instrument Manager.
Call it 'MyPSRSX900' or whatever. This way it cannot be overwritten by the default file in the Instrument Manager.

There are a few pages in the manual that explain how it works.

If there are still questions, please don't hesitate and ask.

Regards
Etienne
