Strumizer midi software?

Hello! Does anybody know whether there is a "fast" software just as Mega enhancer or tools like the ones Jorgen has developed for making midi notes from a midi file (guitar) to make the effect of "strumming"? I've seen that FL studio has it, and you can do it manually with other DAWs but i need something faster, If this hasn't been created, i think it would be really superb to have something like this.
