Hi Eileen,

Thank you for your input regarding the v213 firmware update. Unfortunately, I do not have anyone near who can do that for me.

The reason I thought about purchasing the USB stick I mentioned was that I didn't really want to bother anyone any further but your suggestion is a good one for which I am extremely grateful.
