Is it possible to have Main A,B,C,D set to different tempos'

On the keyboard, not within the style itself.

But you can do this with registrations, because they do store the tempo. So create a new registration bank where slot 1 is variation A at whatever tempo, slot 2 is variation B etc.

For all the times you're likely to want to do this it's not a big deal.
