midi2style -wish for "Keep panpot" option

First, I really must say, that midi2style (by Jorgen Sorensen) is the most intuitive "midi to style" converter that I could find on web. And I don't say that just because it's free (I tried some paid software as well).

Reason for my writing here... As it seems, midi2style doesn't preserve panpot values (there's no "Keep panpot" checkbox) when converting midi to style. Ok, maybe pan changes aren't that often in "Main" variations (where we usually only use few measures). However, in "Intro" (and "Ending") variations, where usually longer sequence is needed, it's to be expected that some panning would be used on some channel. At least that was in my case, where voice is "traveling" left-right-left.

So, unless I've missed something in help file, I really hope "Keep panpot" option will be implemented soon. Other than that, midi2style serves me perfectly so far.

I'll use the opportunity to ask another (non related to midi2style) question:
I have midi file, where the same voice is used on two channels. Sequence in those two channels is quite similar, but not the same (sounds like the same notes are delayed in second channel). Anyway, the big difference is, first channel plays on left side, and the second one on right side. That sounds like on right side is the echo of the left side -I hope that makes sense.
Now the question: how to combine those two channels into single one?
Again, the same voice is used on both channels, so I assume one could somehow overlay one channel onto another. And by doing that, one would only need to preserve pan position for each note (for each channel). Just thinking aloud here :-)
