Mic and VH settings for SX900

If any forum member would not mind sharing their Mic and VH EQ Settings for SX900, I would like to try them I have every thing else set to my satisfaction. I have tried A dozen suggestions from forum lessons but quartet settings (for instance) keep dropping in and out. Any takers post replies on forum. THANKS!
