Can a converted Mp3 file (to WAV) be edited in Tyros 5

Just wondered, as I usually download MIDI for backing tracks, about the following:
If I download an Mp3 file then convert it to WAV (using his ol' Audacity!), then load onto my USB stick, then use this in my T5, can the various instruments be edited (deleted/volumes/change an instrument for a different one, etc) as per when I use MIDI files?
Would be great if this is possible!

Only MIDI can be edited.
