LEGACY Folder Wanted.

The LEGACY Folder on my DGX670 contains SUB BASS.
The DGX does not give an option to download the LEGACY,  other Yamaha boards containing LEGACY with (Sub Bass) would be helpful...please.

Hi Graham,

You should find the Legacy voice folder on the DGX-670 as well as on Tyros or PSR-S models:

1. Press one of the Voice Category buttons (e.g. "Piano & E.Piano") so that you are in the Preset tab of the Voice Selection display.

2. Press the UPPER display button [8] (= up arrow). This will bring you up one folder hierarchy level (i.e. "out of the previous folder) and you should now see the individual Voice Category folders (Piano & E.Piano, etc.).

3. Now go to page 2 (P2), there you should find the Legacy voice folder.

Chris. I lready know how to see the LEGACY folder, but question is...there is NO COPY option.
Ideally I would like to tweak odd ones (SUBB BASS) but again NO Voice Edit Option showing.

I have checked the XG & GM files but these do not contain a SUB BASS Voice.

The reason I was asking for a download of a LEGACY Folder containing SUB BASS.

Hi Graham,

I don't see a problem here. To see the file management options like COPY, just press File (lower 8 button) in the Voice Selection display. Here you can COPY one voice or all voices of the current folder. Or press Voice Set (lower 5 button). Here you can edit the current voice if desired and then SAVE it as a User Voice.


P.S.
To copy the complete Legacy voice folder,  make sure you see the folder, but do not select it at this time. Then press FILE > COPY, now select the folder and complete the Copying process.

By the way, the content of the Legacy voice folder is different on different keyboard models.
