I have several EQ Settings which I had set up sometime ago now. But suddenly the only setting I can have is the last one called up.

Does anyone know how I can resolve this problem please.

Richard.

Please check the parameter Lock page ... default is EQ there.

Hi Richard,

If the "Master EQ" checkbox is ticked in the "Parameter Lock" display, only the adjustment of the Master EQ (MEQ) by MIDI files (which may contain MEQ Sy***) is prevented. However, the settings can be changed at any time directly in the Master EQ display. The MEQ User slots, in which you previously saved your own settings, may have been deleted in the meantime by a factory reset that initialized the User Effect settings (?)

Chris
● Everyone kept saying "That won't work!" - Then someone came along who didn't know that, and - just did it.
● Never put the Manual too far away: There's more in it than you think! ;-)

Hi Chris and Frank,

I unlocked the MEQ Parameter but to no avail. I can only have one setting of EQ's because it will only register and save one setting at a time.. I have done a factory reset which defaults to the Flat EQ. If I create a new EQ it replaces the Flat EQ setting which is then lost.

I originally had about 5 different EQ Settings which I could recall whenever I wished but now I can't. I don't know where to go from here. It must be a software clitch or some such thing!.

When you make your own settings are you saving and naming them to a user set. There are about five pages where you can save these once you have made them. Then when you go to EQ settings you will see them along with Flat Powerful Mellow bright.
Just press the box that has the name in it to take you to the other settings.

Hi Eileen,

I've found the error of my ways. After creating a new EQ I touched the save button rather than on the name section. All is well now. Thank you to everyone who replied to my query.

Best wishes,
Richard.
