HELP NEEDED ASAP: Style Creator no longer comes up

I have been using Style Creator for years, and in the last few days to create custom intros by recording in real-time.
Today, I can no longer bring up Style Creator. Pushing the Style Creator button no longer bring me inside Style Creator.
A keyboard RESET does not help either.
Has anyone run into this issue ? and how can it be fixed ?
Without Style Creator, I cannot even making simple style adjustments .

COCKPIT ERROR: I found that on any screen menu, the B button does not get activated easily, I have to push it a little harder.
ISSUE CLOSED.
