Producer - changing the time signature

This is such a basic question I feel silly asking it but for the life of me I can't figure out how to change the time signature in Producer. I open it up and want to start a new file (e.g. input chords and accompaniment for "the first Noel"). Default time sig is 4/4 so I can't select the Style "Christmas Waltz" yet. I can highlight 4/4 but no menu comes up, can't type in something else, none of the menu items seem to allow the edit...  What the heck am I missing?  thanks for the help...

Hi Steve

You have to choose a mid with a 3/4 measure.
File > Open > .....
