AOC 16T2 15.6" FHD 10-Point Touch IPS Portable USB-C Powered Monitor to Genos???

I am looking at purchasing this AOC 16T2 15.6" FHD 10-Point Touch IPS Portable USB-C Powered Monitor to connect as an external monitor to my Genos. If any of you technically inclined members could give me your opinion as to whether it is a possibility it would be much appreciated. If you think this particular monitor is not compatible do you have any suggestions for a paricular brand and model that will work. Thanks for your input.

I do also have the iTec USB2HDTrio adaptor as recommended by Zionip Paul.
