Multipad issue

Hi, I have an SX900, and I have a multipad issue.  I saved a keyboard setup to registration button #1. In this setup, multipads 1&2 are playing. I then saved another setup to registration button #2. In this setup, multipads 1,2,&3 are playing. (Same multipad bank as registration #1)
So far so good. The issue is, when I switch back to registration #1, multipads 1,2,&3 are still playing, but the way I setup reg. #1, only multipads 1&2 should be playing. Any thoughts on how to fix this? Thanks,  Mark.
