Transferring data from laptop to music forum

I have forgotten how to do this so can someone please give me instructions.   I have some music saved to my USB and I want to transfer it to the music forum.

Hi Jewel,

You will need to upload the files from your USB drive to your personal online storage account and then share the link to this material in a forum topic or reply.
