Hi all
I have the following problem: I have a folder with about 50 song registrations. Each song occupies 3-8 spaces within a registration bank. For each single song I use the same style (different variations) in all registration slots. Now I need to change the path to the styles. Does anyone know an easy way to do the path change to the style for all registration slots of a song at once (similar to batch processing)?  Or do I really have to change the path manually for each registration place.  I would be very grateful for any help in this regard.
I use a Tyros5.
Many thanks in advance

Hi Fred
I have now made the new file paths using Murray Best's Registration Manager. I knew this program before of course, but have never used this function. It took me a while to get the hang of it. After the procedure was clear to me, I was able to make the changes quickly. Only one point I do not understand. I copied the desired file path in Windows Explorer (Windows 10) and then pasted it into the "Enter/Edit Filename" field. Only after a few tries did I notice that the program converts the slashes of the path to backslashes. I then replaced them with slashes again.
Finally the work is done.
Thanks again for the tip and also a very special thanks to M. Best for his tireless work.

Good to hear it worked for you.
You should email Murray with your path issue. He'd like to know about it.

Hi Fred:

The answer is simple, Windows uses "\" as the path separator, while Yamaha in the registration uses "/".  If File Search is used in YRM, the program takes care of the conversion, but if one were to copy a Windows path, or type the path using the Windows "\" separator in YRM to update a custom file path in a registration, the custom file would not be found by the keyboard.

Cheers,

Murray
