All I have is the PSR-E353, but I do notice that some arrangement keyboards like the PSR-8000 has custom styles. So there's a Pianist style made by Yamaha. It's called Tight Rock (CVP-98, PSR-195, PSR-170), also known as 8Beat (PSR-225, PSR-270, PSR-340). I was trying to look for this style, but it's not easy to find. I know there's custom styles, so if you guys can make Tight Rock, it would be nice.

If it's an onboard style on some Yamaha keyboards, then it is not a custom style. A custom style is a style that has been made from scratch or somewhat modified from an onboard style by an individual.
There are plenty of style files on this forum from many Yamaha keyboards you can access by becoming a member. Yamaha sometimes change style names when they update them on newer keyboards, but there will likely be similar styles - probably with similar sounding names - you can find. Just guess from the names, and try them. But bear in mind styles never sound exactly the same on different keyboards because they dont all have the same voices and effects onboard, so alternatives voices have to be used. This can make a small difference or a lot of difference - depends on the keyboard.

Okay, the only voices is the Grand Piano. Here's a video of the PSR-270 with the Pianist styles (Called 8Beat in the keyboard) https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=3o4aRrAK9Ws (Timecode: 14:44). I meant to make the style from scratch as Tight Rock.

Hi Elias,

so far I haven't been able to find a style called "Tight Rock" or "TightRock". In my archive I found several versions of the style "RockTight" (by Yamaha, 1999 / 2001). However, there is no "Pianist" style underneath.

But there is a Pianist style "Piano 8Beat" on the CVP-809. I converted this style from SFF2 to SFF1 format using the "Style Format 2 Converter" program. Maybe this is the style you are looking for. You can download it here:

Chris
● Everyone kept saying "That won't work!" - Then someone came along who didn't know that, and - just did it.
● Never put the Manual too far away: There's more in it than you think! ;-)

I look closely at the Pianist on all the style flies from PSR Tutorial, and the closest thing to Tight Rock is Pianoman (Which kinda makes since because it's also referred to as 8Beat). Sure it doesn't sound exactly like Tight Rock, but on the other hand, some styles do have some change. Let's look at the PSR-730's version of Tango, and you noticed that on the PSR-350, Tango has some slightly change, but still the same style as the version in the 730. Slow Rock is another example. The Intro/Ending of 8Beat Pop 1 in the PSR-730 sounds different than the PSR-330 or 195. So maybe Pianoman is Tight Rock? I not so sure, but it sounds similar.
