Duplicate Registration Files

I'm still new at figuring out how to manage the thousands of files available on this site. I have had my first keyboard (PSR-SX900) for nine months. I have figured out how to remove duplicates from my styles files through the use of the PSR Style Database. Now I'm confronted with how to get rid of duplicate registration files. I haven't been able to find a utility for doing this. Is there one that I have overlooked? If no utility exists, how do you manage your registration files? Any help will be greatly appreciated.
