Delete empty bars

How can one delete an empty bar at the beginning or middle of a song?

Use a computer programme such as Audacity to do this.

I assume this goes over midisong ?
Enable "QuickStart" will skip empty bars at the begining of the midi-song.

Iff audiosong use "DAW" like Eileen said.
