Expansion pack

Hi
I was wondering what's went wrong I have downloaded
Vintage keyboard  Celtic pack. Choir vocal as sax as baritone
Pan flutes when I put them through yem all the lights are
Green when I load them on to stick and format them
The vintage and Celtic and choir packs work ok when
I go into alto and baritone and flutes the information
Is not there they are on hard drive but when I click on them
To pick what I want there is nothing there.      Thanks.  Jim

Have you downloaded the correct Packs that are just for Tyros 5.
Why are you loading them on a stick and formatting them. Make your install pack on the YEM to USB and then just load in to the keyboard as expansion pack.

Sorry that's what I have done as you said
The Celtic pack worked fine it's only the
Sax ones and flute that's giving me problems
I just click on them till green tick comes on
And then save to usb put them into tyros 5
And it loads them all onto hard drive if I
Press Celtic all the voices are there when I press
Alto sax. Nothing  thanks for getting back to me.    Jim

Could it be that I am pressing them like 6 items
Or do I put the six items into 1pack if that makes sense.    Jim

S0unds like you may have downloaded the Genos packs. As we now have the voices on the keyboard they were removed from the packs just leaving the registration banks. Can you see these.

Yes Eileen I can see the registrations so once I click on
Say alto sax. The voices are not there I will try and reload
Them just in case I have downloaded the genos ones
