There is a separate discussion on this SW 100 subwoofer as under:

You may like to follow the advice given by various members notably the valuable advice given by Chris which I am sure will be helpful. It works very well for me.

Vernon. The Sub-Bass Unit contains a volume control so by turning this all the way down to zero you would just hear the keyboard...start from here and just add a very little volume at a time to your liking.

A good Sub-Bass Unit should just add the very low frequencys.

Make sure your Subwoofer is connected via the "Sub-out" port behind the keyboard and not the L+R AUX port. And also make sure your keyboard's mixer's master settings is set to "With Subwoofer". Also note that when the subwoofer is connected via "Sub-out" the subwoofer's volume is completely independent i.e. your keyboard's volume doesn't affect the subwoofer's volume, instead you need to separately set the subwoofer volume using its onboard volume knob.

Regards,
Chris.
