Hi Gios,

please read the section "Technical Problems" on the product site of "Style Unlocker".

Not all Styles can be unlocked, for several reasons. First of all, if more than one source channel is routed to a certain destination channel.

Such Styles that, for example, use three different Guitar channels for one certain Style Part (with different patterns for major, minor and 7th chords) can only be edited on a computer. I recommend to use the PC program MixMaster.

You could also use "Style Split & Splice" first, and then edit the MIDI data of the Style in a DAW like Cubase. Finally use "Split & Splice" again to put together the edited MIDI part and the original "Non-MIDI" part. This way is required, because a Style file would not work later when you would directly import it into a DAW.

P.S.
You could also use the "GoTo" function of MixMaster to edit the MIDI Part of a Style file in your favorite DAW. (Finally you save the edited Style file in MixMaster.)

Best regards,
Chris

● Everyone kept saying "That won't work!" - Then someone came along who didn't know that, and - just did it.
● Never put the Manual too far away: There's more in it than you think! ;-)
