This has been one of my favorite Christmas songs, especially the version from Johnny Mathis.  Though I probably still have a way to go before truly capturing the full majestic spirit of that version of the song, that is my goal when I play this song.  I did post a recording of this song a few years ago, but this is a new recording.  Most of what you hear is done on my PSR-E433.  However, I am also using my bass pedals hooked to a Casio MT-68, and some of the brass leads, particularly right at the beginning of the song, right as the last verse starts, and right at the end of the song, are done on my Roland GAIA SH-01 synthesizer.

This was recorded live, with no multi-tracking or overdubbing, using Audacity software.  The style is used solely for the drums.

Enjoy, and Merry Christmas!
