It amazes me how Yamaha always try to re-invent the user interface... instead of, like, putting extra buttons?
This is so counterintuitive... and for what?

Also, the narrator is obviously software based, and sounds awful. A cost-saving effort?

Well, how about that!  I figured it should be getting to be time for a new PSR E200 and E300 series of keyboards, but I had not heard anything about it until now.  Yes, I imagine that we'll probably see a PSR-E383 maybe within a few months or so, and then my guess would be sometime in 2025 for the PSR-E483, as the 400 series usually lags a year or so behind the 200 and 300 series.  But, as covid, supply disruptions, and chip shortages affected the time frames for the most recent versions of these keyboards to follow their predecessors, it's really anybody's guess what kind of schedule Yamaha will implement on the release of the newest E-series models.
