Access user memory via MIDI?

I have read everything I can find and I am convinced that it can't be done.
Specifically, I have created many Drawbar settings with modified settings for Leslie effects.
I want to be able to access these settings (in user memory) from my computer based sequencer.
It is easy to access these from the keyboard and I like the way they sound, but I also want to
access these settings for the songs I have sequenced.

Any help is appreciated.
