Hi to all

Three days ago I ordered something from Music soft and Yamaha responded to my mail with information about my order. I ordered some free packs but I can't save them on my computer.
How can I dowenload what I ordered?

Thank you

Hi Dusan,

when you are logged in to the Yamaha shop page, on the top right, right of "WELCOME, <YOUR USERNAME>!", click on the small down arrow and select "My Account" in the menu that appears.

On the "My Account" page click "My Library". Your ordered packs will be displayed there. To download, click on the link to the right of the pack name.

P.S.
If you go to "My Library" immediately after placing an order, "Status" does not yet show "Available". Then just wait a few more minutes and refresh the browser display, e.g. by pressing [F5]. Then the (new) download links should be displayed.

Best regards,
Chris
● Everyone kept saying "That won't work!" - Then someone came along who didn't know that, and - just did it.
● Never put the Manual too far away: There's more in it than you think! ;-)

Yes, go to my account when you're loged in, then go to my library.
OK, I also downloaded some free packs from the music soft and it appears that the other PSR models like the A3000 doesn't appear on the pack, only the S and SX series. I know they're still reworking the site, or maybe I didn't changed the instrument compatibility? Tryed to open the pack with the related PSR-S model but no compatibility.
Past Yamaha keyboards that I now don't use: PSR-S710, PSR-A2000
Current Yamaha keyboard I use: PSR-A3000
Next, or future, Yamaha keyboard I will use: PSR-A5000
