Is anyone already working on CVP 809 conversions for SX900?

Hello there,

I wanted to know if any of the forum members are already working on CVP809 style conversions for SX900. I have converted handful of them and can work on further more, was thinking of sharing them in the Forum Charter board. But I am not even sure if I am allowed to do that here.

As a matter of interest, how many styles are on the 809 that are not on the SX?

The CVP 809 styles I've tried out of the collection seem to play real well at Genos when load 'as is' without any conversion.
Is it not so at SX900?

Hi Mike,

I don't have an exact count but even if I don't consider converting all the styles with Vintage, Expanded brush and Jazz kits (which are not present in the SX900), there's a pretty decent number of styles to have from the 809 a little below 5 pages I suppose.

Hi Jonny,

Most of the styles from the 809 don't load as is in the SX900. There are some missing Kino string mega voices that I have to re-link to any classic/Seattle string Mega voice, missing DSP effects, incorrect guitar mega voices, etc.

We have an awful lot of these styles on the SX900 already. It is only a few of the 809 that we have not got anyway.
