Hi everyone. Hope you all well and healthy....
I am not sure if Tyros 4 has a "whistle" sound but I can't find it anyway. Could you please navigate me to the right direction on this? In case if Tyros doesn't have this sound, can you share it with me? Thank you!

Hello bolepa :)
I looked at the Tyros 4 voice list. The whistle voice is under the cathegory Flute&Clarinet You push the woodwind button. It may be in the legacy folder. But it is there!

Yey! I found it! Thank you, Toril. You were right - this sound is under flute and is called a "Whistle".
I appreciate your quick response!

Hi bolepa,

I looked into the section "Voice List" of the Tyros4 DATA LIST:

Besides the Panel voice "Whistle" (in the "Flute & Clarinet" category) there is an additional "Whistle" voice in the "GM & XG" voice folder:

When in the Voice Selection display, press the upper "8" button (= "UP"). Then go to "Page 2 > GM & XG folder > Pipe folder".

P.S.
There is another "Whistle" voice in the "GM2" folder (besides the "GM & XG" folder), also in the "Pipe" subfolder. But probably this voice will sound very similar to the one in the "GM & XG" folder ...

Best regards,
Chris
● Everyone kept saying "That won't work!" - Then someone came along who didn't know that, and - just did it.
● Never put the Manual too far away: There's more in it than you think! ;-)

Chris, you are fantastic! I suppose this goes for Tyros5 as well.
