Pitch Shift and Time Stretch greyed out

Hello fellow Yamaha arranger keyboard owners,
In most audio files (read .mp3 and wav) I've played, the 'Pitch Shift' and 'Time Stretch' options seem to be greyed out.

It works only for some audio songs. Is there any way to make it available for all audio files?
I have read the User Manual and Reference Manual, but couldn't find anything that would help me in this situation.

Any suggestion or fix would be greatly appreciated.
