  I do need a good laugh during these corona times, but I keep getting the message, "We're sorry, your account is unable to view this file type!"    Is there anyway to get around this?

If you download the MP4 file, it will play on the built-in Windows Media Player. Once downloaded to your computer hard drive, just double-click on the file.
