Hi... I have some midi songs I have created on my 910.  I wanted to play these songs on my 970 so I loaded the song.  Edited the mix to save the 970 mix version. The saved setup and saved mix back to the US. drive.  When I play back these songs the fade out does not work.  Have I done something wrong

Create your own Fade out.
Option 1
Use the song creator on the keyboard.
For each channel that's being used.

Insert CC7 ( Volume )

Take note of how many bars are there in the song.

Then you can manually create a fade out.

CC 7  Value 0 is the softest
           Value 127 is the loudest.

Option 2

Using a software like Mix Master, can do the job much faster.
But it requires a PC

Hope this help

Thanks I was hoping it was something simpler than this can I play the song. Record it as a new song and at the right bar push the 970 fade out. Effectively creating a new version?  Or turn down the song volume at the correct measure

It's not possible to do so ..
As it would overwrite everything. And just leave the channels with no sound but a fade out.

Thanks I found a file with the fade done as you suggested    Iam going to copy this and see where this takes me. Also someone told me I could edit it in calkwalk. Iam going to try this.   Thanks for the offer though.
