New genos upgrade install

Hi everyone in the U/K.  Looking for someone who would like lunch in exchange for loading expansion on my genos. I have 2 packs installed but I cannot understand how to load in expansion the new styles and voices. I live in the Cotswolds Broadway  Please, if anyone would like to help me out then yes please. Hi Roger are you talking about the premium pack.
  You say you already have two packs installed in your keyboard. Do you have these packs also installed in your YEM. If the answer is no then you will lose these when you install the new pack.
  If you have them in YEM then just import the new pack into YEM as you did before.
Now you need to create an install pack by making sure all three packs have a green tick in them. Now you can either save to a USB stick or load wirelessly the choice is yours.
