Can we please have a section for Yamaha A3000 as there are many middle eastern player eager to contribute to this forum and learn from other players as well.

Hamza is NOT talking of the "old" PSR-3000, but of the PSR-A3000:

The PSR-A3000 is a special model for Oriental / Middle Eastern musicians (based on PSR-S970/S770 technology).

Don't see any one board can't cover both models. There would not be that many posts on either. He can just go ahead and post his questions on the 3000 board.
