Creating a playlist with wave files

I have about 300 wave files. These are song that are saved on my user if I want to pick 40 of those wave files and create a playlist to go and play at a wedding how do I add Files to a playlist?
None of these files have registrations. They are just wave files with titles of the songs. I want to be able to create a playlist with the way files that I will pick I was able to do this on the tyros 5

You go to the audio player and create a song player list. You can then decide how they play back. In order or random.

What you want is a Songlist. As Eileen says, easy to do. You can even mix midi and wav files if desired.

Having read you question again if you want to link a wav file to a registration bank in playlist then you must make sure you have the Audio Song ticked in the Memory. Now you will need to select the song you want and relink it to the registration then resave the registration.

Hello Eileen.   

  I am having a little problem with the registration part in your last post.  I have the song list with the audio file highlighted/checked, I then
press the Memory button which brings me to the  "registration memory" window and there the only thing checked off is the "audio song'. I select the
registration bank #1 and expecting things to save, but nothing is being save there. I still retains the previous setting, What am I missing? You mentioned "in playlist" I am assuming that
you mean the "player list" in the SONG window where my wav files are all listed?

Got it working and all is good now.
