Well I am sorry to say that this left me very confused and needs to be much more precise in actually showing how to record chorus and verse of a song and then playing it back, also the fact of how easy it is to change styles and the chord looper will follow perfectly. Just not enough detail shown.

Hi
You can also use the chord looper for backing track to build a song in a sequencer such as the Genos.
Record each section or how many sections of chord looper you need for a song.
Record each section into the sequencer and press the fills where you need them as you are recording live (No need for step record).
You can even put the chords in for start and endings ,so you can do your own instead of auto start and endings.

After that build a track.

On the other hand as Eileen states , play live giving you lots of headroom for bend wheels, articulations and all the buttons you need to press up top.
Underneath footpedals come in handy!! ;D

I would say Chord looper is great for songs with a lot of things going on and when you need super fast changes. After all we all only have one pair of hands.
Otherwise the good old fashioned ways is best for practice and dexterity.

That guy on the video doesn't arf' waffle waffle waffle!! ;D ::) :P "Frankfurters" to that!!! or "Sausages"!!! ;D ;D ;D ;D

All the best

Hi all,

thank you both for the great feedback, this is only a first look at the features not yet the many user cases. And honestly, I am already seeing a lot more use cases now based on your information and YouTube viewer comments :-D

Haha on "Frankfurters", that guy on the video does his own thing and lots of talking, I noticed that when I edited my last tutorials down ;-) my alter ego lol, this time unedited so more waffling or "verwursting" maybe?

Hi John --

I agree -- Chord Looper has a lot of potential for backing track development. We especially need to work around the inability to select and use USER styles in MIDI chord step record. (Still a regression from previous generation arrangers.)

All the best -- pj
