No Genos V2 for me either, it won’t install.

I tried this morning to download V2 but had no success yet again. This is the third upgrade I have not been able to install. As usual I have informed Yamaha and asked them to look at my Genos. Hopefully this time they will take it in. Very frustrated.

Hello Alfred! I have found Kingston USB sticks to be very reliable with my keyboards. I just updated without problems, formatted it first on the Genos. I use WinRar to unzip. If the Yamaha files work, but not your own, it could be a fault with your unzipping program. Hopw you get your update soon Hang in there!

Thanks for your posts. I'm pleased to say Yamaha have agreed today to take my Genos in for a check up so hopefully they will be able to pinpoint the problem.
