MIDI-or-BIAB styles/songs to Yamaha styles?

I have EMC StyleWorks/YA, EMC BIAB converter (Styles-to-the-Box) and StyleMagic 3.0.1 and a several hundred BIAB songs that I would like to migrate to Yamaha.

Can anyone prescribe a "work flow" that can yield new styles for Yamaha?
