Hi Everyone

I thought I would go down the road of getting a Sound Mixer, I have very little knowledge of this subject so I turned to researching and watching YouTube. My price range was about £100. I have one Bose L1 Compact. I started with a  mackie mixer, but when it arrived I found that i missed the special effects control, mainly reverb for the microphone. I returned the unit and purchased a Alto Sound Mixer 8 with special effects. I tried it out today and I am very impressed with the piano sound from one Bose Speaker.
The quality of the sound using the EQ settings and effects control really enhances the sound of the Bose. Today the settings were on a small room, but I cannot wait to try this mixer in a large hall. For those of us who cannot afford a replacement keyboard or a second Bose try a sound mixer you will not be disappointed. Now the price, special offer  £105.00 fully inclusive of postage. Two year  warrenty.  I  am only using two of the imports on the mixer.

Looks like you had a real bargain there
What's the exact model number?
I like the EQ, hi-MID- low & good FX
That's quite a mixer
Just a little on the big side but good value fore money
I'm still searching for one.

The exact model I have is ALTO ZMX122FX I think the retail price hovers around the £125-£130 mark.
I cannot believe the difference that a sound mixer can make to the quality of the sound. The Bose system is good, but having no mixer or reverb limits the sound quality.
Hope you have the same joy from the sound mixer you choose Pino.

I have an extra one of those if anyone is interested.  Got it for a special project and used it for about a week.
It is an excellent mixer, but I have a few more, and one in particular is better suited for what I'm doing right now.
