I need a Amplifier for my old Speaker,
It's configuration is
Impedance 6 ohms
Peak Input 250 Watts.

3 Way speaker.

Looking to connect my keyboard or Computer to it.
Does the Amplifier have to be minimum 12 Omhs??

Any amplifier will do if used sensibly. Most speaker damage is caused by low powered amplifiers being over driven.
Different Omhs rating produces differing volume dependent on amplifier load.

So if I get one that can handle the load,
Say 8 Ohms for both the speaks

I use three of these going to three single speakers (200 watts 8 ohms) just using one channel  . Each amp is connected to  pre amps that connect to three mics inside a Leslie.  6ohms will be okay.  The amps give a very good clear sound. And at full volume are much too loud in a six metre x six metre studio

This is another which is very good  Alex usually has  a 90 watt version for $90 NZ. He is getting more in soon
about the size of a pack of  smokes.
Dimensions: 78 x 70 x 38mm
Net Weight: 154g

Better to purchase a amplifier with more output than you need as this will provide speakers with a clean signal as you will be using it well within it's possibilities.

Yes I can't under power them,

But if a Amplifier is rated for 8 Ohms, does it mean Each Channel Is getting 8 Ohms or both combined?

You are getting too involved with the technical side. Search GOOGLE if you want to learn more.
Connecting a 4 ohm speaker will sound a little louder than a 8 ohm speaker due to the resistance being less for the amplifier to drive.
