Hi Dean
Have you tried https://www.smallchurchmusic.com/. There are literally thousands of worship midis, and if you browse the Piano & Instrumental section, the midi files are much more than the usual piano/organ solo files.They also have a huge selection of Band In A Box tracks that can be opened in Musescore and exported as midi files.
