Hello friends!
Some datys ago I got a sustain pedal, and it works fine on my 975.
Today I tried it on my T5, and it stopped in the middle of a song. That has never happened before, so it must have something to do with the pedal. Maybe I used the wrong socket, there are three I think. A little confused. The sustain worked, so I must have plugged it in one of the pedal contacts, but maybe not the right one. Anyone else experienced this?

If you've not done so yet, take a look at "Function" -> "Controller" -> "Footpedal."  This is where you define what feature works with each of the three foot pedal jacks, and how to assign those across the different voices.  You can also adjust the polarity for each pedal, if it's backward to what you expect.  If the pedal is working ok with the 975, perhaps it's just a matter of assigning it to the function you want (E.g., Sustain operation)?

Thanks😀 Got ablittle spooked when the keyboard stopped in its tracks.

Most likely it is set in function-pedal to stop playing when you use the pedal.

Maybe you plugged it into the foot pedal jack for Volume. In other words when you pressed the foot switch and then released it put the Volume at zero.

I think Joe's suggestion or similar is most likely, the pedal was set to something other than sustain, like volume?
Any time you want to check the the pedal assignment, push Direct Access, then move the pedal and a selection screen pops up so you can see what it is currently assigned to and change it if necessary.

Hej!
När du gjort alla inställningar som du vill ha
så gör ett register som du kallar startup och använd den varje gång du startar Tyros så blir det rätt annars så får du göra detta manuellt varje gång.
Hälsningar Pierre

Hey!
Once you have made all the settings you want
then make a register that you call startup and use it every time you start Tyros so it will be right otherwise you will have to do this manually each time.

Thanks all😀 It was set to sustain. But two times the kb stopped at the same spot in the song I played. After. I disconnected the pedal, turned of the kb and started it again, then plugged in the pedal . Now it is OK.
