Shure PGA31 and Genos..

I am not really a singer, but sometimes mumble along when i play..
I am planning to spend some time to see if its possible to improve my vocal performance to acceptable level..  so starting out with one of the cheaper mics that gets acceptable reviews..

Before buying, just one question, does anyone have experience with this specific model wired directly into the Genos?
