Looking for an Ipad app or Windows 10 program that is similar to the GUIDE function on the PSR keyboards.

The only thing I don't like about the GUIDE program is that I can't select a certain part of the song and have it loop while I play it. Need the program to stop playing when I don't hit the right note, just like the GUIDE function does.

Program must have the following.
Will play midi songs.
Will have clear sheet music of Midi song as it plays.
Will have looping function that I can chose just the measures I want to practice.
Will stop when I hit the wrong note(s) and then continue when I play the correct note.
Will hook up to my PSR S975.

I know most of you are well past this stage but with my health problem it is really the best way for me to learn a song.
Appreciate the help.

HI Roger,

your keyboard has the function you are asking for.

Under the Song button is the "Repeat" button.
Just press that button twice.
Once for choosing the beginning of the loop.
Press it one time again, when you want that loop to stop.

After you do that,it will keep repeating the selected bars.

You can press that button even if the midi is in the stop position,so you can select exactly the bars that you want.

Going to try this right now!!!!!
The knowledge of this forum is AMAZING.

Now I know what that repeat key is for in the Song section of the keyboard.
Works 100% and really meets my needs for learning songs right now.
Thanks

Too many buttons and functions with these keyboards, Roger. ;D
Needs time to find out all the things they can do.
Here are some tutorials for playing songs with the score on the screen.
You might want to take a look.

I didn't know all those years that my s750 might had a chord trucker for non Yamaha midi files but it does  and costed me a 5 euros midi cable.
I will send the bill to Olly Woo  ;D
