The brass and woodwind pages have instrument sections which I would like to play chords according to my left hand directions in  stead of playing uni-sono ( as one instrument).
Could anyone tell me how to proceed?

Thanks in advance,

Rob

What keyboard do you have?
You can use the harmony button to make chords in the right hand by playing the chords with your left :)
If you have a Tyros or a Genos you can also play around with the ensemble function to get some cool effects.

Genos, Tyros 5, PSR S975, PSR 2100
and PSR-47.
Former keyboards: PSR-S970.

Since you have an S770, you want to use the 'Harmony' button. Press Direct Access then Harmony in order to set it up. You probably want to select one of the block chord versions.

You can choose to generate harmonies using only R1, only R2, or both. You get a nice effect when you select R2, since the main melody will sound with the R1 voice and the 'chord' with the R2 voice.

Thanks Derek :) Haven't fiddled around so much with the settings of harmony. Must try :)

"IF" the psr has a Multi harmony setting you can put different voices into R1 and 2 and they will each contribute chords to the overall harmony effect. A bit like a cut down Tyros or Genos  Ensemble.

Thanks for your information. I will try to use Harmonise to get it done.
Thank you all,
