Seeking style with a 7/4 time signature

Hi folks,

hope you can help - am seeking a style with a 7/4 time so that I can manipulate to play
Lucky Seven by the late Chris Squire [it's on YouTube].
I'm looking to lay down some backing & vocals,  while a friend plays sax.
